The third rebuilding stint

For this stint, we got the engine mounted, some more of the framework done, and also fitted the panhard rod. We also replaced the suspension mount tube with some CDS tubing, as the type of tube we had used (a bit of scaffolding) has been known to rip after a while. CDS doesn't tend to do this.
